Engineering Graphics I
Designed as an introductory course in the basic principles and techniques necessary to communicate through the graphic language of mechanical drawing. Emphasis on skill
development in the use of drafting equipment and its applications. Units in sketching, lettering, one-view drawings, geometric construction, orthographic projection dimensioning
and pictorial drawings
Engineering Graphics II
Designed as a continuation of Engineering Graphics I. Units on section drawing, auxiliary views, working drawing, developments, technical illustration, gears and cams, screws and
fasteners. Emphasis on exploration of engineering design and occupation opportunities
CAD - Computer Aided Design
Designed to provide students with entry-level training in the field of Computer-Aided Design and Drafting Systems. Emphasis on development of accuracy and competence on the
job, development of professional and businesslike attitudes, increased knowledge and proficiency in the use of the several CAD software including Sketchup, Solidworks and Chief
Architect. Course is suitable for the orthopedically handicapped because of limited movement involved.
